What kind of merch do you sell?
We sell TAA-branded apparel, drinkware, and accessories so you can rep your tool addiction with pride. Think shop-ready T-shirts, hats, mugs, and a few other essentials.
How’s the sizing?
Pretty standard—if you usually wear a large, get a large. If you’re between sizes or still convinced you’re a medium (but haven’t been since high school), maybe size up.
What’s your return policy on merch?
If we messed up—sent the wrong item or something arrived defective—we’ve got you covered. Just contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
For sizing, all sales are final, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. All of our merch is print-to-order just for you so, if you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order, my friend.
How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders as fast as possible. Delivery times depend on your location, but typically:
- U.S. orders: 5–10 business days (sometimes faster, sometimes longer)
- International orders: Varies (depends on customs, location, etc.)
You’ll get tracking info in your inbox once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but shipping times and costs vary depending on where you are. Some regions might have customs fees or delays—out of our control, unfortunately.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, let us know ASAP, and we’ll do our best to adjust it. Once it’s shipped, you’ll have to go through the return/exchange process.

What exactly am I downloading?
You’re getting a damn solid PDF guide—written by wrenchers, not marketers. It’s packed with step-by-step instructions, diagnostic flows, and greasy shop tricks built to save you time, headaches, and a few curse words.
How do I access my download?
Right after you check out, you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page. You’ll also get an email from us with a secure link to access your file. We use the Big Digital Downloads app to make sure your download is delivered instantly, no waiting.
How long do I have to download it?
You’ve got 3 days to grab your file using the link we send after checkout. After that, the download expires—so don’t sit on it. Save it to your device, stash it in your digital toolbox, and it’s yours for good.
Can I print it?
Definitely. Print it, highlight it, spill grease on it—it’s yours to use however you work best. We built these to live in real garages, not just on screens.
Is this beginner stuff or pro-level?
We’ve got a mix. Some guides are fast fixes for the DIY crowd. Others are full-blown mechanic-level resources. Check the product descriptions for what each one covers, so you’re not guessing.
What if I lose the file or can’t find the email?
No problem. Contact us with your order number (or the name and email you used), and we’ll get your file re-sent fast.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like it?
Since this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final. But if something’s broken, mislinked, or giving you grief, we’ll fix it—just reach out.
